My entire house is setup as an artist getaway. I have one guest room for overnight guests but I can sleep on the couch or vacate for bigger groups. I also record video and shoot photo so the idea is an artist can come in and get a full product without having to outsource to any other creative pros. I have done a similar setup in the past and brought in artists like Bubba Sparxxx and Nate Mathers (Eminem's brother). I have been using the studio for personal production for the past few years and now that I have honed my skills to meet the current market I am opening my studio once more.
